About This Event

This course focuses on an advanced approach to mobilization of all components of the spine, including the cervical spine, thoracic spine, ribs, lumbar spine and pelvis. It’s advanced in that it teaches eclectic concepts and encompasses multiple treatment approaches, such as MET, PA’s, coupled/non-coupled mobilizations as well as combining mobilizations with movement.

This course is intended for Physical Therapists who already have a good understanding of at least one spinal treatment approach and who want to advance their understanding of several approaches to treatment of a given spinal dysfunction.

As with all of our seminars, this course is primarily lab based, with 25% lecture and 75% lab. The lecture component will review anatomy, biomechanics, dysfunction and treatment. It will also include discussion of the evidence for treatment in each area and its effect on the local and regional dysfunctions and pain.
